The business plan for French Valley Development Partners LLC is to process and entitle the proposed Murrieta Parkways master planned development through the necessary County and Local Agencies until the close of escrow, scheduled to occur during January of 2008. Once fully entitled and ready for construction, French Valley Development Partners LLC will close on the land and begin development of the property with a marketing plan to continually be refined over the two year entitlement and subsequent construction period.
