Pacific Pointe Partners, Inc., a California corporation, was founded in December of 2004 as a Commercial Real Estate firm. Pacific Pointe Partners, Inc. specializes in Real Estate Development, Acquisition and strategic repositioning of Office and Industrial parks throughout Southern California. The principals of Pacific Pointe Partners, Inc. are Mr. Michael J. Massaro, Mr. John R. Salmon and Mr. Gary J. Levinski, all seasoned senior real estate professionals with over sixty combined years of development, brokerage and construction experience. Over the past four years, these gentlemen have been working together as a cohesive and efficient unit successfully handling multiple large and high profile Commercial Real Estate projects.

Pac Pointe’s primary mission is to develop and/or reposition real estate projects that we are proud to be associated with and that provide superior returns to our investors and partners. Pac Pointe executes its business model with the following specific strategies to insure that its mission objectives are fulfilled:

Utilize our experiences. The three Principals of Pac Pointe have in excess of 60 years combined experience and each Principal is involved in project decisions and day to day project activities.
Complementary Capabilities. The Principals of Pac Pointe each have significant specialized skills that when combined deliver expertise in all facets of commercial real estate.
Stay in our core areas. Pac Pointe focuses specifically on office and industrial projects in Southern California, which let’s us intimately know our business.
Develop and maintain our relationships. A fundamental tenet in Pac Pointe’s philosophy is that we are relationship driven. We endeavor to do business with people where we have mutual trust and respect for each other, and it is our goal to maintain these good relationships by doing whatever it takes.
Integrity first. Pac Pointe will not compromise itself in any of its business practices and our investors and partners can count on the fact that we will always do the right thing.
Fair and reasonable deal structures. Pac Pointe will always be fair and reasonable in our deal structures because we conduct our business with a long term view and we will not become greedy at the expense of our partners and investors.
Take care of our brokers. Pac Pointe understands that our brokers are a fundamental key to our success and we will always treat and pay them fairly.
Flexible Exit Strategies. The Principals of Pac Pointe have been through and survived many real estate cycles, and through this we have learned and practice the art of incorporating flexible planning and exit strategies into our projects.
