Executive Bios

Mr. Michael J. Massaro
is a senior real estate executive with over twenty-eight years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Mr. Massaro has had the responsibility of successfully handling large and high profile projects in a variety of segments in the real estate industry. Prior to founding Pacific Pointe Partners, Inc. Mr. Massaro served as the Executive Vice President of Development and Brokerage Services for The PRES Companies, Inc. in Newport Beach, CA from 1998-2005. From 1995-1998, Mr. Massaro was the Senior Manager at Ernst and Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. From 1986-1995 Mr. Massaro was a real estate broker for Marcus and Millichap Corporate Real Estate Services in Southern California. Prior to this, Mr. Massaro served as a Project Manager for worldwide construction and engineering projects with Santa Fe International from 1978-1986. Mr. Massaro is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California and received his Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University.

 

Mr. Gary J. Levinski
is a senior real estate executive with an extensive nineteen year development and construction management background. Mr. Levinski is a licensed general contractor (B-1) in the State of California, and some of his signature projects include the LAX Air Traffic Control Tower and the DreamWorks SKG Animation Studios in Glendale, CA. Prior to founding Pacific Pointe Partners, Inc. Mr. Levinski was the Senior Vice President of Development and Construction Management for The PRES Companies, Inc. in Newport Beach, CA from 2002-2005. From 1999-2002, Mr. Levinski was the Business Development Manager at Swinerton Builders and from 1994-1999 he served as the Project Manager at Swinerton and Walberg. Prior to this Mr. Levinski was a Project Manager for Gerjets, Inc. from 1989-1994 and an Assistant Project Manager from Crown City Construction from 1987-1989. Mr. Levinski received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
